The Chambers of Narghis Bundhun SC was founded by Mrs Narghis Bundhun in the early 2000s. Under the guidance of Mrs Bundhun and through her expertise in Family Law matters, the Chambers has become the leading Family Law set in Mauritius with its tenants appearing regularly before the Family Division of the Supreme Court. The Chambers is now composed of 8 tenants and is located within the historical legal quarter of Port-Louis. Despite Family Law being the primary area of practice, the barristers within the set remain committed to all aspects of Mauritian Law by regularly taking briefs in other aspects of civil and criminal law. Mrs Bundhun as lead counsel appeared in landmark cases before the Mauritius Supreme Court, Court of Civil Appeal as well as the JCPC.
