ChampAmerica is a New York based Workforce Development and Management Consulting firm founded in 2016. At ChampAmerica, we prepare students and young professionals to succeed in the current job market while helping the government and the private sector cultivate talent. Our aim is to help students, schools, companies, and government agencies better address the growing gap between education and employment, thus strengthening the overall competitiveness of our economy. We equip students with skills, employers with talent, non-profits with partners, and government agencies with sustainable prospects for the future by leading workforce development efforts today. This process has proven to be most effective and efficient. We take a holistic approach to workforce development by engaging all stakeholders of the process: students, schools, employers, and government agencies.
