Chancerygate is the UK’s largest multi-unit urban logistics property developer and asset manager. We are the only one operating nationwide and have offices in London, Warrington, Birmingham, Bristol and Milton Keynes. We currently have more than 3.1m sq ft of urban logistics and industrial space under construction or ready for development across 24 sites ranging from Bournemouth to Edinburgh. Chancerygate also manages in excess of £385m of assets across more than five million sq ft of commercial space in over 480 units.
