About Changegoat

Changegoat is a boutique leadership and strategy advisory firm. Changegoat partners with private investors, founders, and executives through critical moments—high stakes opportunities—to optimize performance and generate long-term value for their firm and investments. Times of transition offer opportunities for fresh perspective. As a strategic advisor and operating partner, Lukas Naugle takes an entrepreneurial posture, leveraging a range of creative processes to drive toward strategic clarity. He works with executives to promote personal growth, navigate change, galvanize teams, and optimize organizational performance.
