About Chapple Design Build

Chapple Design Build has been providing general contracting services in the Chicago market since 1949. Our president, Peter Fazio Jr., acquired the company in January of 2017 to carry on the Chapple tradition in the Chicago market while maintaining the "Butler Career Builder" status. Each member of our construction team is dedicated to providing a safe job site and the best quality and performance for our customers. Some of the notable buildings and projects we’ve completed in the 8 county Chicago Metro area include a wide range of projects from Industrial and Commercial, to Office, Recreation, and Religious facilities. Our commitment, expertise and excellent reputation make us the ideal choice for the design and construction of your facility.
