Our mission: We select and assemble the best meats, cheeses, and gluten-free accoutrements so that the joy of apéro can be enjoyed by everyone. Our motto: Charcuterie is an instant mood booster. We provide pick-up, delivery, and event catering in the metro Denver area. We support local Colorado artisans whenever possible and are happy to include their products in our selections. I am a lover of good food and good moods, and I refuse to let my own Celiac condition limit my enjoyment of either. It is my personal mission to find delicious gluten-free foods to include in perfectly curated charcuterie boards, cups, and grazing tables. I've found that the informal, yet delicious vibe of charcuterie creates a good mood in a variety of situations, for any number of guests.
