About Charity Mentors Oxfordshire

Charity Mentors offers pro bono, short-term strategic mentoring to charities. It was launched in Oxfordshire at the beginning of May 2013 and has worked with over 300 different non-profits in Oxfordshire since it began. Its aim is to support leaders and managers of charities, community groups and social enterprises so that they can improve the all-round performance of services. Mentors work with charities on issues affecting the long-term future of the organisation. They give charity leaders the opportunity to step back so that they can clarify their thinking, focus on what is important (and put aside what is less important) and plan for the future.
