The sport of ultimate frisbee has never been in a better and healthier place than it is today. If you are an ultimate player or coach, or work in the leadership of an ultimate team or organization, you know how valuable having support can be--and how rare it is to have it. Over the last two decades, I have worked with hundreds of ultimate players and coaches, and dozens of teams and organizations, across the youth, local league, college, club and professional levels, both in the US and internationally. In the fall of 2024, I launched CHUCC to share my experience with anyone I might be able to help in the sport. Already I've been fortunate to work with many folks and teams and organizations I expected to give me a call. I've also been surprised and thrilled at some of the ideas other people have reached out with--a player seeking guidance and an agent during his professional free agency, a sports-learning tech company hoping to expand into the sport, a nonprofit undergoing their first-ever strategic planning process.
