Our Mission: To create awareness for Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia(CDH) by establishing and managing programs, individually or in concert with others that further research allowing for improved CDH survival rates and quality of life. Our Story: https://www.charliewarriorangel.org/our-story 1st Annual Gala- October 11, 2019, 6pm to 11pm Colonie Golf & Country Club, Voorheesville, NY https://www.charliewarriorangel.org/gala This event supports CDH research completed at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. They are one of the best hospitals in the country for treatment of CDH. CDH requires an extremely specialized treatment plan and the majority of hospitals do not have the ability to effectively treat these infants. Most families have to relocate to give their babies a better chance of survival. Furthering research and awareness will allow for better national funding and support for the CDH cause. By joining our cause you provide all the CDH Warrior of the Angels here on Earth hope for finding a cause leading to enhanced treatments and survivability. Join our crusade against CDH!
