About Charlie24

Charlie24 is a fully integrated, simple and digital roadside assistance service. We believe the old model of roadside assistance must make way for a modern, more digital approach. Charlie24 will allow community in the assistance industry to provide their customers with the real-time and connected digital experience they now expect in everything from food delivery to ride-sharing. Charlie24 online platform is accessible from any connected devices and enables unparalleled transparency relating dealerships, OEMs, providers, and customers in real-time, with actionable data-driven insights to optimize the experience along every step of the way. Charlie24 online platform is accessible from any connected devices and enables unparalleled transparency relating dealerships, OEMs, providers, and customers in real-time, with actionable data-driven insights to optimize the experience along every step of the way. Charlie24 is an additional service that can naturally be proposed in the already existing ecosystem and community for loyalty and customer retention programs but also aiming at cost savings for fleets. Our platform provides an augmented customer experience by digitalizing the full knowledge and because of thanks for putting back the customer in control by showing the assistance company towtruck arriving on the map and by giving him its contact details. Our solution provides a seamless service deployment for the customer with a breakdown in less than a minute, from any request on smartphone request to dispatch of a local service provider. This without any human interaction of a call center.
