About Charter Oak Landscape Development

Charter Oak Landscape Development is a unique design-build firm operated by husband and wife team Joel and Devon Brown. Each graduated from Cal Poly’s landscape architecture program with a special interest in creating livable green spaces that uphold the architectural quality of a space and honor a sustainable plant palette. Each had a strong desire to return to the Central Valley to invest back into the communities they were raised in.
