About Chemogiftbags

Chemogiftbags is dedicated to helping men and women in the Thames Valley who are undergoing chemotherapy following a breast cancer diagnosis.  At a difficult and daunting time in their lives, we offer practical support and an emotional boost in the form of free of charge giftbags, containing carefully curated products, that can help breast cancer patients through their chemotherapy treatment.  People are often unaware of what they are going to need as they embark on their chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer. We aim for a chat with one of our Ambassadors, for those that want to talk, and the gift of a ‘hug in a bag’ to help take away some of the stress at the outset, and start every person on their journey in a positive way. Our Ambassadors are not medical professionals, but are people that can share (whilst respecting everyone’s journey is individual) their experiences of breast cancer treatment with those that want to chat. For those in greatest need, be that financial or emotional, chatting with one of our Ambassadors and receiving a Chemogiftbag, will help alleviate some of the financial burden that a cancer diagnosis may result in and provide some additional emotional support. To find out more about our work, request a Chemogiftbag, or find out how you can support us please visit our website.
