The company was founded by Denny Cherette, who has more than 35 years of commercial real estate development and management experience with a focus on large-scale multifamily communities, medical and professional offices, ambulatory medical centers, banks, retail properties, and industrial facilities. Cherette Group handles all sectors of the commercial real estate market. Expertise includes strategic analysis in support of mergers and acquisitions, acquisition and disposition evaluation and execution, market studies, financing, property tax appeals, zoning and entitlement, and campus planning.
