About Cherrypicker

Cherrypicker is an invite-only talent marketplace consisting of an extensive pipeline of thoroughly vetted, interview-ready, top-quality candidates that hiring managers can leverage to expedite their hiring processes. The platform provides automated job-matching to facilitate introductions between mutually-interested candidates in the Cherrypicker database and hiring managers efficiently within a confidential, diversity-friendly environment. The Cherrypicker mobile application provides a solution for candidates to receive targeted job opportunities as well as direct interview requests from companies based on their skill sets and search preferences. Every comprehensive candidate profile is vetted by an industry expert talent representative to ensure top quality. Cherrypicker allows candidates to be available in the job market on their own terms. Stress-free job searching without being harassed by pushy recruiters. Independent recruiters and staffing agencies can join Cherrypicker's Trusted Recruiter Revenue Share Network to become a licensed partner to monetize their idle candidate databases by integrating their applicant tracking software with Cherrypicker's Recruiter Platform. We believe that the current job market lacks efficiency and transparency. Companies are struggling to hire top talent, while many people are unhappy with their experiences with job boards, lengthy application processes and agency recruiters. Cherrypicker provides a hiring process with all the benefits of a traditional staffing agency but with up to 90% lower hiring costs! Cherrypicker's candidate marketplace is the solution for prospective employers and job seekers alike, bridging the gap between hiring speed and quality.
