About Chicago Cane Cooperative

Chicago Cane Cooperative is one of the first worker-owned distilleries in the world. We focus on the creation of rum-based spirits that inspire collective action toward a more sustainable and transparent liquor industry, as well as a reckoning with the troubled history of rum.
