About Chicago Union Cares

Chicago Union Cares mobilizes the power of Ultimate Frisbee to help youth reach their full potential. We provide guest coaching for PE classes and pop-up clinics, and we work closely with community-based organizations to introduce the sport to youth. We have an annual coaching fellowship and provide professional development support for PE faculty. Our free, online resource, "Teaching Ultimate Frisbee" has games, drills, and sample lesson plans from grades K-12.
