About Chichester Cathedral

Chichester Cathedral is a living church that has been at the centre of life in its city for over nine centuries, and is the Mother Church of the Diocese of Chichester. It attracts visitors from across the world, welcoming pilgrims, worshippers, lovers of music and heritage, people of all faiths and none. Through imaginative worship, inspiring music and art, engaging teaching and generous hospitality, we aim to be a place of transformation where our human experience finds its meaning in the unconditional love and compassion of God.
