Support includes: professional workshops and training consultation and practice support behaviour planning and strategy development policy, procedure, and framework development This work helps organisations to: strengthen educator responses and everyday practice identify influential factors and areas of risk reduce escalation and support safer responses improve participation, engagement, and wellbeing embed more structured and sustainable behaviour support practices Kelly also supports individualised and organisation-wide approaches informed by observation, functional behaviour assessment, consultation, and practical planning across teams.
