About Chill By Nette | Psychotherapy, Counselling & Hypnotherapy

Chill By Nette is a holistic therapeutic space dedicated to supporting individuals in reconnecting with themselves and navigating emotional healing with more inner safety, clarity, and self-trust. Through an integrative approach that weaves together psychotherapy, evidence-based counselling, and clinical hypnotherapy, we offer a grounded and nurturing space for reflection, healing, subconscious rewiring, and lasting change. We are especially attuned to deeply self-aware adults who may feel stuck in familiar emotional or relational patterns, as well as those moving through grief, loss, anxiety, life transitions, identity shifts, and the impact of trauma, including complex trauma. We also hold space for those exploring deeper questions of meaning, purpose, and the kind of life they long to live. At Chill By Nette, we believe that if something matters to you, it matters here. Our work attends to the mind, body, and inner emotional world, supporting sustainable change through nervous system awareness, depth-oriented work, and compassionate, person-centred care. Whether you are navigating a difficult season, feeling emotionally stuck, or longing to understand yourself more deeply, Chill By Nette offers a compassionate, trauma-informed space where you can explore what has been hard to carry alone. Jeannette, a qualified psychotherapist, counsellor, and clinical hypnotherapist, walks alongside her clients with presence and care, supporting them in building self-trust, integrating their experiences, and living in ways that feel more authentic and aligned. Sessions are available in English and Mandarin (Bilingual), both online and in person. 🌻 For more information, visit our FAQ page: www.chillbynette.com/FAQ
