About ChillCo Logistics

ChillCo Logistics is a multi-regional cold chain logistics platform backed by Igneo Infrastructure Partners. We partner with owner-operators to provide growth capital, succession solutions, and operational support while preserving the brands, teams, and customer relationships they've spent decades building. Our approach is different by design. We use a "powered by ChillCo" co-branding model that keeps acquired brands front and center. We grew up in cold storage, running warehouses, managing teams, and building businesses from the ground up, and that operator experience drives every conversation we have and every deal we structure. We invest in people. Whether you're an owner-operator exploring a transition, a food processor looking to divest a cold storage asset, or an intermediary representing a regional operator, we welcome the conversation.
