The Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei (CAA) is a not-for-profit organisation based in Taipei, Taiwan, providing a wide spectrum of dispute resolution services including arbitration, mediation, dispute review board (DRB) and dispute adjudication board (DAB). Previously known as the Commercial Arbitration Association of the Republic of China, CAA has been administering cases efficiently and impartially since 1955. CAA has also established its first foreign branch, CAA International Arbitration Centre (CAAI), registered in Hong Kong on 7 December 2018 as a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee.
