Hi, I'm Chinkee Tan, also known as Mr. Chink Positive! I'm a Finance Expert, Wealth Coach and Motivational Speaker. I help millions of Filipinos how to get out of debt, budget, save, and invest so they can achieve a wealthy and debt-free life. 🆂🅰🆅🅸🅽🅶 There’s a saying that goes, “It’s not about how much money you make, but how much money you keep.” The right process of saving is your number one defense against financial problems. 🅱🆄🅳🅶🅴🆃🅸🅽🅶 Budgeting is all about managing your money the right way. If you don’t know how to manage your money, your money might just end up managing you. 🅶🅴🆃🆃🅸🅽🅶 🅾🆄🆃 🅾🅵 🅳🅴🅱🆃 When we talk about debt, people usually get anxious. But, you don’t have to. Getting out of debt actually just takes four steps, and the steps are simple and easy once you understand them. 🅸🅽🆅🅴🆂🆃🅸🅽🅶 Let me help you grow your money through different investment mediums. Remember that growing your money is not just about acquiring more, but about preparing for the future and life’s emergencies. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT I draw my strength and wisdom from a life that was once filled with challenges. I was born and raised in a Chinese family in Tondo, Manila, and was the eldest of the three children. After my father experienced big losses in business, I started to realize the importance of perseverance, hard work, and savings at a very young age. My father’s business crisis brought me to Divisoria where I bought anything that I could peddle to my classmates and friends, including toilet paper, to help augment my family’s income.
