About CHIPS (Christian International Peace Service)

CHIPS are Christian peacemakers. Living in the heart of conflict, we empower communities to build sustainable futures free from violence and division. Four deeply held beliefs underpin all we do. We only go where we are invited as peace cannot be imposed on communities in conflict. We live in the heart of conflict to better understand the challenges. We take sides. Both sides. We seek to understand everyone's perspective. We're here to stay. We believe that a long term commitment is the only way to achieve sustainable results.
