WHO WE ARE: A team of dedicated hospitality advisors and asset managers that focus on the needs of Public-Sector owners of hospitality and recreation real estate and operations. OUR MISSION: CHMGS partners with public agencies in the United States who are responsible for visitor and mission-critical facilities and services to develop and implement sustainable strategies to operate, maintain, and improve these hospitality and recreation assets and programs. We achieve this result by applying our private sector experience, skills, tools, and networks, and our understanding of policy and funding frameworks. OUR FOCUS: To provide innovative and relevant advisory and asset management services to structure equitable and sustainable Public, Private, Partnerships; maximize operations and drive returns to all stakeholders involved.
