About Chop & Chat

Chop & Chat is a nonprofit mental health support space dedicated to creating room for honest, stigma-free conversation. Through thoughtfully facilitated group sessions, we bring people together in environments that feel familiar, grounded, and human—where no one has to perform and everyone has room to exhale. Our work centers on destigmatizing mental health conversations and building community through honesty, presence, and compassion, making mental health conversations feel less intimidating and more human.
