About Chris Hayes Associates

Chris Hayes Associates is a niche Financial Recruitment Business specialising in recruiting high calibre professionals into the Accountancy Practice, Corporate Finance and Banking markets in the Midlands. Following accountancy training, I now have over 18 years Financial Recruitment experience within Accountancy Practice, Corporate Finance and Banking, predominantly within the Midlands. I work with individuals who are looking for your next career move or indeed simply just advice as to what your future career options may look like and what you need to focus on to achieve those goals. For clients I will personally take time to understand the dynamics of your organisation and what this potential new employee must look like to thrive and enhance your growing business. RELATIONSHIPS I am proud that the business is built on strong relationships grown over many years within the Midlands, in all areas within Practice including Audit, Accounts, Taxation, Public Sector and Forensic Accounting, from growing small and medium sized firms of accountants to the Top 4 firms of business advisors. Now seen as the “go to” recruiter for the deal focused arenas in the Midlands around Corporate Finance, Corporate Restructuring, Modelling, Leveraged Finance, Private Equity, Growth and Venture Capital. I work with all of the small and larger specialist boutiques through to international accountancy firms, banks and investment houses in the area, to recruit newly qualified Accountants, hungry to learn new skills in a new arena, to the experienced leaders that will help to shape and grow those businesses in the future. If your next move is within an industry environment I also work closely with specialist recruiters who are experts in that arena so I am always happy to offer advice as to the most appropriate Consultants to talk to at your required level.
