About Chris Lubasch — AI & Data Transformation Partner

Executive with almost 20 years delivering measurable business impact through AI, data, and digital transformations across enterprises and international high-growth companies. Proven ability to scale data & AI teams up to 250 FTE. In a rare combination, I bring C-level business acumen, hands-on technical expertise, and proven execution power to make things happen. 🚀 Founded and successfully sold leading data consulting-agency LEROI serving 200+ clients and 1/3 of German DAX30 companies (acquired by global agency DEPT®); Partner-level consulting experience with blue-chip clients including Deutsche Bank, Google, Lufthansa, and Zalando. Served as Chief Data & AI Officer for a US B2B Software company. M.Sc. Business Informatics from top-tier European university (graduated top 5%). --- In my current work, I help companies turn their AI & Data challenges into EBIT-making opportunities. 📈 You are not alone on this journey - according to recent research from McKinsey & Co., BCG, KPMG and others, 70% of all companies implemented GenAI applications as of Q2 25, 99% plan on deploying AI Agents going forward, and AI investments have skyrocketed. Yet, many fail to realize sustainable business value, supporting critics in calling all this only a hype. With almost 20 years in the data & AI space (yes, AI has been around for a long while pre-ChatGPT 😉), I can guarantee you there is massive value on the table - if you do it right. But it's not enough to experiment with a few use cases, you must build foundational capabilities to benefit from all this in the long run. I can help you show how, pitfalls to avoid, and lots of best practices. For highly regulated industries or privacy-cautions companies, I bring my fair share of experience (banks, neobanks, insurances, law firms, private equity). There is still a lot of value you can realize, while staying compliant. 🛡️
