Since 1989, Chrisman Development, Inc. (CDI) has been a leader in the development of affordable multifamily housing projects, with a special focus on preservation and rehabilitation in rural areas. Our team orchestrates the process of real estate development from the beginning to end by negotiating purchases, arranging financing, developing a scope of work, and overseeing the creation or renovation of affordable housing apartment complexes. CDI’s focus is in the areas of business development, accounting, and finance. Our sister companies provide asset management, business consulting, general contracting, property management, and renewable energy development. As an organization we provide opportunities in various areas of business and encourage personal growth.
