About Christian DISC®

The Christian DISC® is the most comprehensive spiritual personality assessment available. Designed for use in faith-based counseling, coaching, work, and ministry, the Christian DISC® categorizes personality into four types: Dominant (D): Individuals with this personality type are assertive, confident, and driven. They're goal-oriented and thrive on challenge. Their determination often leads them to take leadership roles, but they may sometimes come off as impatient or too direct. Influencing (I): Charismatic and enthusiastic, these individuals are natural communicators and motivators. They excel in social settings, often drawing people with their infectious energy. While they can be persuasive, they might occasionally be perceived as too talkative or not detail-oriented. Steady (S): The stabilizers of the group, Steady individuals are dependable, consistent, and patient. They prioritize harmony and are often the ones to maintain balance in team dynamics. Their methodical approach is their strength, though they might resist rapid change. Compliant (C): Detail-oriented and analytical, Compliant types prioritize accuracy and structure. They're often the ones to ensure rules are followed and high standards are maintained. While their thoroughness is commendable, they may sometimes be perceived as overly cautious or indecisive. Understanding these types within the Christian DISC® framework helps people foster more empathetic, effective, and harmonious relationships in both personal and professional settings. Upon completing the assessment, each Christian DISC® report provides key insights in the following areas: strengths, growth areas, biblical parallels, spiritual gifts, workplace styles, relationship dynamics, and emotional intelligence. A certification program is available for professionals who wish to become credentialed as a Certified Christian DISC® Facilitator.
