After working for 13 years as a system engineer and project manager in big corporate environments, I joined a startup. Over the next six years, I worked in various product roles at Almosafer (part of Seera Group). The same company that later would be featured in TRANSFORMED and Continuous Discovery Habits. I had a front-row seat and was also part of the Product Leadership team, driving the company's transformation to the Product Operating Model. This experience taught me how critical it is to be able to reach out to experts who can help you navigate the challenges in front of you. While training the next-generation Product Teams, I realised that skills and knowledge are key but only get you so far. This is all working from the outside in, but lasting change happens when we work from the inside out.
