cHRysos HR Solutions Limited was formed in 2007 by four colleagues wishing to pool their experience and expertise in the field of work-based learning. We are now a thriving business specialising in the delivery of HR and Management-related training, professional qualifications, apprenticeships and HR and business projects and services. Our suite of programmes includes the CIPD accredited Foundation, Associate and Advanced qualifications in Human Resources and Learning and Development and we deliver apprenticeship programmes at levels 3 and 5 in HR and Learning & Development. In addition, we offer business and HR consultancy services including executive and performance coaching, bespoke leadership and personal development programmes and SME HR support and interim services. We offer support to businesses without a HR Department, to address people management issues and ensure that the right policies and procedures are in place. We deliver our qualifications and consultancy services nationally and internationally however, as well as being able to offer corporate qualification programmes. The team are knowledgeable, approachable and supportive and always do their best to meet client needs. Each piece of work we do, or qualification we deliver, begins with information gathering so that team members understand what they need to support each client in achieving.
