CIBoost is a digital application for team development. The application is based on Collective Intelligence research at Stockholm School of Economics. Research shows that teams improve their performance with an average of 22% having used the application for eight weeks. There is also a significant increase when it comes to Sense of Coherence (SOC), a dispositional orientation that allows individuals to be more resilient to stressors in daily life, stay well and improve their health.
