About Cielo Strategy Group

We are an innovative consulting firm based in San Antonio, Texas, with a strong presence in the Rio Grande Valley and beyond. We believe in your ability to strengthen your organization, inspire those around you, and work with others for more resilient communities. With more than 60 years of combined professional experience, our consultants work in the areas of fundraising, communications, board governance, strategic planning, and building highly effective teams, walking alongside nonprofit organizations, foundations, and those with philanthropic interests as trusted partners to achieve your organization’s vision and goals. The current buzzword for that is building capacity. If we can step away after working with you and you excel without us, we have been successful. We implement strategies with you, learn as we go, measure, tweak, and leave you with the tools and workable plan you can actually use.
