About Cinema Shift Festival

Cinema Shift is a film festival and conference dedicated to narrative cinema created with AI. It brings together filmmakers, researchers, and industry voices working at the intersection of film, technology, and culture. The festival focuses on story-driven work, whether created through fully AI-generated or hybrid production processes. Cinema Shift is a curated platform designed to place AI tools within a broader creative and cultural context, exploring how they shape narrative cinema and creative practice. Alongside the festival, Cinema Shift publishes an editorial Substack exploring authorship, narrative, and creative process in AI-assisted filmmaking. Read more at cinemashift.substack.com
