Cirera Capital was an emerging markets macro manager founded by Ahmet Arinc and Tijen Gumusdis in April 2017. The firm ceased trading in August 2022. After his two main partners left the firm at the end of 2022, Tolga Tulgular took over Cirera Capital and launched a new global tactical asset allocation fund in early 2024.
