About Cirrera Development

Cirrera is a boutique property developer based in Dubai, dedicated to creating residences where design meets purpose. Our approach treats property development as a craft, focusing on meticulous attention to detail from land acquisition to layout and long-term care. With decades of combined experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure sectors, our leadership team brings global perspective to every project, while remaining focused on the nuances of living well in Dubai. Each project embodies our commitment to: • Comfort-First Design: prioritising the wellbeing of residents through thoughtful spatial planning. • Intelligent Timelessness: creating designs that remain relevant and elegant over time. • Refined Craftsmanship: collaborating with skilled artisans to ensure excellence in every detail. • Respect for Context: designing homes that harmonise with Dubai’s cultural and environmental landscape. • Elevated Living: delivering luxury that enhances everyday experiences. • Relationship-Driven Development: building lasting partnerships with residents, investors, and communities. • Authentic Innovation: implementing meaningful improvements that enhance life and value. Our debut development, Capital Horizon Terrace, exemplifies this philosophy, offering low-rise, high-spec buildings designed to outlive trends and provide lasting value.
