About City Addictions

City Addictions is a partnership of specialist Consultant Psychologists providing one-to-one treatment for a whole range of substance and behavioural addictions. Our evidence-based treatment integrates CBT with a mindfulness-based approach to relapse prevention. We have extensive experience in helping people get clear of addictions — by understanding how their problems are maintained, and discovering new ways of responding to thoughts and feelings that promote a commitment to long term payoffs, in preference to the gratification of immediate urges.
