About City Plan Consulting Engineers .LLC

Our story began in 1992. Back then, during the simple times of the 90s, our office was among the first well-known consultant companies to chip in on UAE’s property construction. Our team is well-equipped with the abilities of producing Architectural Designs, Civil Structural Design, and MEP (Mechanical and Electrical Plumbing) along with supervision and management of all projects; inclusive of Governmental and Private projects. With over 28 years of experience and 500+ projects under our belt, take it from the title, we know construction; Towers, Buildings, and Villas. Our time in the market assures professionalism, productivity and efficiency. City Plan’s been the consultant engineering company of choice to many clients looking to build on their property. Once the client is set on an idea, City Plan’s employees prepare architectural designs that match the vision of the client. With a continuous ongoing conversation between both parties, the client is never on their own. From idea, to design, to governmental approval, to on-site constructional supervision, City Plan is present.
