City Wide Investment Group (“CWIG”) is a full-service real estate development company, which develops, constructs, owns and sells residential housing units. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of affordable homes and multi-unit buildings in South Central Los Angeles. Upon acquisition of a property, the company subcontracts work to individuals and corporations to construct new multi-unit homes and then sells the property to new homeowners or investors.
