About Civic Developments

Civic Developments is a Toronto-based residential development company with a mandate to deliver fresh housing solutions. Civic is committed to thoughtful city-building balancing the parallel priorities of equity, community, and design excellence. Our latest project, Kennedy Co-ops, will be the largest new cooperative housing endeavour in Canada for the past 25 years. It features a model of mixed housing tenure that we hope can lead to many more like-minded projects in the near future.
