Civil Engineering - Land Development - Permitting As a civil engineering firm specializing in land development, permitting, and project management, Civl offers professional, individualized services associated with land alterations or development, stormwater runoff, industrial and commercial environmental plans, and permitting (township, county, state, and federal). Additionally, we facilitate the environmental permitting and generation of emergency response plans for industrial and commercial facility relocations and renovations.
