About CLAI – Commercial Litigation Association of Ireland

The Commercial Litigation Association of Ireland is a joint initiative of solicitors and barristers that was launched on 1 July 2010. The CLAI holds regular events for practitioners engaged in the field of commercial litigation in Ireland. The aims of the CLAI include: 1.Providing a forum for practitioners engaged in commercial litigation; 2.Supporting best practice in the litigation of commercial disputes in Ireland; and 3.Providing legal education and training for practitioners.
