About Class Mate

We’re a proudly independent agency, dedicated solely to supporting Private Nurseries and primary schools with long term cover and day to day supply. By focusing exclusively on these areas, we can invest all our time, energy, and resources into truly understanding the unique needs of local schools and its staff. This localised approach allows us to build stronger relationships, respond quickly to needs, and provide a personalised service without the distractions of wider, less focused operations. Our commitment to staying local means we can deliver the dedicated attention and high-quality support that makes a real difference in the classroom. At Class Mate, it’s not just about filling roles. It’s about building our Class Mate Community where schools and staff feel supported. We offer benefits to be working within our community. With 5 years in the industry, we know that honesty and transparency matter, and we pride ourselves on delivering just that.
