Clayton Ventures is a principal investor and independent M&A and corporate finance advisor to our specialist sectors. We work with a wide range of clients including young, cutting-edge start-ups, established market leaders, private investment and capital groups, venture capital and private equity houses and large global publicly-listed corporates. We act as a principal investor for our own and our UHNW clients’ funds and advise our clients on private placements, mergers, acquisitions, divestments and recapitalisations. Our global team is headquartered in London with offices in Dubai and Hong Kong to support our clients and partners in the Middle East and South East Asia. Our international capability makes us well positioned to help our clients with complex cross-border deals.
