About Clayton Williams Racing

Clayton started out racing at the young age of 7 in go-karts. Over a 10-year karting career, he worked his way up through the classes to compete at top-tier kart events across the country. In 2018, upon getting his drivers license, he made the jump from karts to cars: Spec Miata racing with the Teen Mazda Challenge. Shortly after his second season in Spec Miata, Clayton joined the MINI John Cooper Works Racing Team run by LAP Motorsports to run a partial season in the SRO TC America Series, finishing 3rd in his first professional debut at Sonoma Raceway, ultimately taking 4th in class in the season. Clayton currently is still racing with the MINI JCW Team
