ClearLift is an independent elevator advisory firm representing property owners in service, contract, and capital planning decisions. We work on the owner side of the table. Most elevator decisions are shaped after vendors are already involved. By that point, scope, pricing, and direction are already biased. ClearLift reverses that process. We diagnose service performance, contract structure, and capital risk before the market is engaged. Scope is defined, decisions are structured, and ownership stays in control. Once direction is clear, we support execution through a controlled, transparent process.
