About Clearpath Mediation Limited

We help people move forward—quietly, constructively, and with confidence. I’m an accredited workplace mediator with a long, successful career as a senior leader at HSBC, where I led large teams and delivered outstanding results through trust-based, highly engaged cultures. Now working independently, I specialise in mediation and investigation—supporting organisations to navigate conflict with clarity, empathy, and discretion. Trained in the FAIR Model™ via The TCM Group’s National Certificate in Workplace Mediation, I bring a calm, impartial, and future-focused approach to resolution. My practice is grounded in real-world leadership experience and a strategic understanding of interpersonal dynamics within complex environments.
