Small single-site operators and growing SMEs through to multi-site portfolios and larger businesses. We run two teams. One looks after small businesses. The other handles multi-site and larger clients. The service matches the shape of your operation rather than a generic template. Between them, the teams cover electricity and gas procurement, business water, portfolio management across multiple sites, contract renewals, bill validation, meter installation and change of use, Climate Change Levy support, and water audits. We'd rather explain a decision than push one. We talk through how your energy and water charges are built up, what's negotiable and what isn't, and where we think you're paying too much. You end up with a clearer view of your options and a decision you actually understand. Multi-site and larger clients work with a dedicated account manager and have access to our customer portal, where contracts, bills, and renewal dates sit in one place. Smaller clients are looked after by our small business team through the renewal cycle and whenever there's something worth flagging. We picked up the Best Customer Service SME award in 2024.
