Founded in 2017, Clearview Consulting Partners (Clearview) specializes in Due Diligence support in typical Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Venture Capital/ Private Equity (VC/PE) investment transactions. It also provides other Transaction Support services related to M&A or VC/PE fund-raising transactions. With significant Big 4 consulting experience in Deal Advisory the Team Clearview The team comprises of seasoned Due diligence Professionals. Collective team experience of the Partners aggregate 30+ years and 325+ M&A and VC/PE transactions. The Senior team experience includes significant Big 4 work on M&A Deals. The experience spans across sectors, geographies and enterprises with sizes varying from start-ups to large global corporates. The Transaction Support experience at Clearview ranges across sectors including pharmaceuticals, technology, edtech, fintech, manufacturing, specialty chemicals, real estate, energy, infrastructure and auto components. The team has advised on domestic as well as several outbound transactions in the countries such as US, UK, Germany, Poland, Singapore and UAE for Indian clients. The team has also extensively advised strategic foreign clients from countries such as UK, US, Japan, Italy, Germany and UAE on inbound transactions. The extensive experience of assisting on transactions of varied complexities, equips the team to add value in terms of the valuation itself, the process, the negotiations, the ringfencing and the documentation, across the deal continuum.
