About CLIC - The Commercial Leadership Collective

CLIC is not for everyone. It’s for commercial leaders who want to think sharper, lead better, and stay ahead of change. We bring together Commercial Managers and Directors across UK construction for honest, high-level discussion. No egos. No fluff. Just real conversations about the issues that matter — from building high-performance teams to navigating AI and shaping the future of the industry. If you’re used to sitting in generic CPD sessions or dodging recruiters in your inbox, this isn’t that. This is insight you can’t Google. People you can actually learn from. And it’s invite-only, because the quality of the room matters. Backed by clearnorth, The QS People. This is about leadership. And it starts with better conversations.
